 Below is a list of frequently asked questions by customers,
  together with replies. Please contact me if you have a question not covered

     Are you fully qualified?

      I have a diploma in systems analysis and have trained extensively with several large
     companies including PCWorld and Computeach.  I have also trained on and used every
      Windows operating system since Window 95
   
      Can I limit the job to one hour's work?

     You can choose to limit the booking to one hour and I will do my
      best to complete the work within the agreed time.

     Is your work guaranteed?

     In the case of hardware for instance fitting extra memory or a new graphics card, the manufacturer is responsible
     for faulty equipment.  In all other cases if a problem recurs that I had fixed then I will be pleased to revisit at no cost to you.
     
      Please do not hesitate to give me a call even if it is just for advice.  If something is not right with the computer but not so bad
